The Writing Philosophy: A Clean Sci-Fi Alternative
Wonder Over Nihilism
Contemporary fiction often leans heavily into bleak dystopias or anti-religious cynicism. In *Voyages of the Philosopher King*, the universe is vast, mysterious, and dangerous, but humanity's drive for exploration is guided by enduring values, loyalty, and hope.
Action Without Gratuitous Crassness
Great science fiction thrives on suspense, technical ingenuity, tactical space combat, and sharp humor. These elements can be delivered with immense impact without relying on vulgarity, graphic gore, or crude content.
